The Brick Barn
This Grade II-listed ceremony barn, over 200 years old, was once an old hay shed but now provides a unique space for your vows. It showcases authentic brickwork weathered by time and oak beams that soar overhead in the vaulted ceiling. Natural light streams through intricate, exposed brickwork windows – making it a photographer's dream.
For couples preferring a church ceremony, our on-site church is accessed via a charming woodland path from the main car park. We also offer outdoor ceremonies with stunning backdrops of the Yorkshire countryside and the North York Moors.
Seating 135 guests comfortably, this very special space allows us to plan each ceremony around the couple at its centre, whether you choose the historic barn, the peaceful church, or the beauty of an outdoor celebration.
The Grain Shed
Built to store grain, as the name suggests, this modern agricultural building has been transformed into the perfect space for drinking, dining, and dancing. Fusing traditional and contemporary elements, The Grain Shed features modern metal accents alongside exposed brickwork from the adjacent original farm barns, to create a space that feels both historic and fresh.
Seating up to 135 guests for dining and welcoming 150 for evening celebrations, this space flows naturally into the repurposed cart horse barn, where guests can sit and chat while watching the dancing unfold.

We've chosen six caterers we genuinely trust, each offering something different - whether you want relaxed sharing plates, elegant fine dining, or anything in between. From traditional Yorkshire dishes to international flavours, there's flexibility for every taste, budget, and dietary requirement.
Will runs our bar with the same care we put into everything else. He'll work with you to create your perfect drinks menu, from signature cocktails that reflect your personalities to selecting wines at your tasting evening. You can even choose a local cask beer that feels right for your celebration.
For evening food, stick with your caterer or bring in a unique street food vendor. We've done the hard work of finding great suppliers so you can focus on the fun part: tasting, planning, and bringing your perfect menu to life.
Your Wedding Accommodation
We want you to feel utterly spoilt yet completely comfortable, waking up in countryside tranquillity before getting ready with your favourite people in spacious, beautiful surroundings.
The Granary accommodates 14 guests in thoughtfully designed en-suite bedrooms, featuring a dedicated preparation room ideal for hair and makeup. It's the perfect place for your wedding party to gather, laugh, and create those precious getting-ready moments before your celebration begins. To add the accommodation on to your package is £1,800 for one night or £2,500 for two nights.
